Dave Soeldner is a Manitowoc native and is a 1987 graduate of Lincoln High School. He is a civil engineer and works as an outside plant engineer at Nsight (the parent company of Cellcom) in Green Bay. Part-time, Dave works as a mathematics tutor and as an adjunct statistics instructor at Concordia University of Wisconsin. Dave is also a real estate agent and is affiliated with the Manitowoc office of Berkshire Hathaway Starck Real Estate. Dave was a member of the Manitowoc Common Council from 2008 to 2018 and was a candidate for Mayor in 2009.
